Souben Munisamy (Laja) works as Senior Logistics Officer in a private company.  He is an elected Executive member of the Mauritius Tamil Temples (MTTF) for the district of Pamplemousses. He is currently the Treasurer of the MTTF.  He was the 2nd Assistant Secretary of the MTTF and Chairman of Youth commission during the period 2015-2017. He is a member of the Siva Soopramaniar Darooma Sangam of Montagne Longue and also a member of the Hindu Maha Jana Sangham. His objective is to ensure the effective and transparent management of the treasury function at the MTTF.
