Mr Pallany Narayanam is an elected member for the district of Lower Plaines Wilhems and is assuming the post of Secretary of the Mauritius Tamil Temples Federation. He has also been elected to represent the district of lower Plaines Wilhems on several occasions and has occupied different portfolio such as chairman of the Education Sub Committee. Mr Pallany Narayanam is the President of the Ellai Kattaye Ammen Kovil Society, Beau Songes, and Secretary of the Black River Plaines Wilhems Kovilgal Kouttinaipou. He works in the Mauritius Police Force.
