Mr Devarajen Soobia (Vendi), delegate from the Savanne district, is the President of the Chemin Grenier Mariamen Kovil Tamize Kazagham and Southern Dravidian Union.  He is an employee of the Mauritius Post Ltd. He has been presiding over the promotion of culture sub-committee during his mandate of 2015 – 2017 at the MTTF.  As the new PRO of the MTTF, he aims at establishing contact among the Tamil community, with Kovils, cultural associations, the public and all other concerned parties in line with the objectives of the Federation.
