Mr Paramasiven Armoogum (Jayen) is an executive member representing the district of Moka since September 2011. He has previously held the office of PRO, Treasurer, Chairperson of the Finance commission and is currently the Chairperson of the CSR Commission. He is also the Secretary of the Mon Desert Alma Mariammen Kovil Ottroomaye Sangham, Saint Pierre and the Treasurer of the Moka Kovil Federation.  He is employed as a civil servant having wide experience in finance and audit.  He is the auditor of many religious and charitable organizations.  His main objective as always has been to ensure transparency, ethics, professionalism, discipline and honesty in the affairs of the MTTF.
