Mr Govinden Maureemootoo (Jayen), delegate from the Savanne district, is an executive member of different southern religious associations.  He is an entrepreneur dealing in aluminium works and services.  Being an executive member of the MTTF and leading the Youth & Sports sub-committee, his main task is to be receptive to the ambitions and needs of youth, empowering them for a better future and fostering a culture of sports among the Tamil youth.
